The Controller Operation and Setup course is designed to encompass both the EC88/CC90 controls and the EC100/CC100 controls. All courses held at York will concentrate on 600 - 4000 ton machines.

All maintenance courses include: overview of the injection molding process, review of hydraulic systems and components, reading electric and hydraulic drawings, pumps and valves (proportional and servo), troubleshooting (electric and control), calibration procedures, ordering spare parts, and preventive maintenance.
